TropTrop.com is a search and price comparison engine for beverages. We are not an online store. We do not sell products directly and we do not process your final order payment.

2. Acceptance

By using this website, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

3. How the platform works

• We show the same product listed by different retailers.
• We display prices we can collect at search time.
• Your final order is placed on the retailer website after leaving TropTrop.

4. Prices, stock and differences

Prices, stock, delivery fees and promotions can change without notice. We update data as fast as possible, but we do not guarantee perfect real-time sync for every listing.

5. What we do not guarantee

• We do not guarantee retailer stock availability at click time.
• We do not guarantee the same price is kept until checkout.
• We do not guarantee retailer return, delivery or support policies.

6. Your responsibilities

• Verify final details directly on the retailer website before buying.
• Use the site legally and without abuse (spam, aggressive scraping, attacks).
• Do not copy content, structure or data for commercial use without written consent.

7. Intellectual property

The TropTrop brand, platform design, code, text and data structure belong to us (or are used under valid rights). You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We do our best to provide useful and accurate data. However, we are not liable for direct or indirect losses from purchase decisions, pricing errors, stock issues, delivery delays or retailer-side problems.

The platform includes third-party links. Their content, policies and practices are their responsibility, not ours.

We may change these terms at any time. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. Continued use means acceptance of the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is settled by competent Romanian courts, according to applicable law.
