Hatozaki Blended Japanese Whisky, creat de distileria Kaikyo, este un whisky complex, numit după cel mai vechi far de piatră din Japonia. Maturat în butoaie de bourbon, sherry și stejar Mizunara, are un aspect auriu. Mirosul este fin și dulce, cu note de malt și citronelă, iar gustul oferă dulceață de cereale, miere și lemn ars, completat de flori de portocal. Finish-ul este persistent, cu note de alune și cereale.
